Refund policy

We provide revisions according to your chosen package. Customers will receive unlimited free modifications from us, and we will review their proposal with no extra fees if the design and strategy remain the same. The typical turnaround time is 48 hours for each revision.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee:

If the agreed-upon plans or modifications are sought after SAT Marketing TM cancels or terminates the contract for cause (such as a violation of terms), all deposited project funds shall not be eligible for a refund after delivery.

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following conditions:

  • Before Initial Proposal Delivery:

    • If a refund request is submitted before the first campaign proposal is delivered, you will be liable for a 40% service & processing fee.
  • After Initial Proposal Delivery:

    • Within 48 hours: You are eligible for a 60% refund, less the 40% service & processing fee.
    • 48-120 hours: You are eligible for a 33% refund, less the 40% service & processing fee.
    • After 120 hours: No refund requests can be submitted; however, modifications may be made to resolve any issues, with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
  • 30-Day Refund Policy:

    • If no action is taken on your order within 30 days after the completion of the marketing proposal, a refund will not be provided. However, should you wish to reactivate your project, a portion of the amount may be credited based on the remaining project scope.
  • Website Bundles:

    • No refunds will be given for website bundles once the website construction is complete or the website is launched live.
  • Monthly Marketing Services:

    • No refunds will be entertained for monthly marketing services until final deliverables are confirmed.

Additional Terms

  • The service department should be notified of all refund demands for approval. SAT Marketing retains the discretion to accept or deny a refund proposal on a case-by-case basis based on infringement of user experience.
  • Refunds will not apply to customized services after you approve the final marketing proposal.
  • Requests for a refund on website services are accepted only until the website goes live.
  • An active application must present a compelling basis to qualify for changes based on strategy and customer reviews. Unless the initial strategy is adhered to, no refunds are made, but reasonable changes are offered until satisfaction is achieved.

How to Claim Your Refund:

To ensure that your refund request is authorized, please follow these steps:

  • Contact [email protected]. We will attempt to promptly address your issue under our modification system or send you an email with our support department’s decision. After review, SAT Marketing will notify you of the resolution of your appeal.
  • You agree that a re-created marketing strategy not being presented for the third time makes you ineligible for any refund (direct or indirect) and entitles you to a partial credit, as applicable.
  • Copyright acquisition of any received marketing materials that would inhibit their reuse or resales prohibits refunds.

My Account:

Our platform provides clients with access to My Account. You can log in to review completed orders, raise support queries, and download deliverables associated with your campaign. You must submit a request to contact the support team for guidance on refund policies via the My Account area.

Domain and Hosting:

Website packages include domain and hosting services where applicable, free of charge. Email accounts are available upon request but are limited to 10MB per email. Domains or emails not managed by SAT Marketing are not included in refund policies.

Delivery Policy:

Marketing deliverables are sent to clients through My Account on the date specified in the “Confirmation of Order.” Email reminders are issued to notify clients of delivery status. For campaign proposals, clients are given one preview within 48 hours. Additional previews or modifications may incur an extra fee.

Record Maintenance:

For ongoing services, SAT Marketing keeps records of client marketing materials for easy access. Upon request, copies of these records are provided for future reference, if needed.

Communication Policy:

You recognize that SAT Marketing shall not accept liability for any client-initiated communication through addresses not affiliated with SAT Marketing. Our approved channels include [email protected].

Our marketing strategies and campaign assets are custom-created to reflect your brand’s unique identity and market position. We ensure that your campaigns are distinctive and impactful for your target audience.

Exclusions:

SAT Marketing will support integrating third-party marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and APIs, where necessary. However, any custom integrations requiring advanced functionality beyond the scope of basic marketing services will incur an additional fee.
